How to Handle the Insulation Panels<\/h2>\n

When lifting individual panels AVOID rubbing surfaces as any loose debris can cause scratching to the finish. Dust from panel cutting should be brushed off the panel surface. (Circular saw or jigsaw can be used for cutting panel faces. How to Store the Insulation Panels<\/h2>\n

How to Clean the Installed Insulation Panels<\/h2>\n

White spirit can be used for oil or grease stains, again followed by a water rinse. Do not use concentrated cleaners, abrasive solutions and solvents, it will cause damage.<\/p>\n

Water hoses can be used but steam cleaning may cause damage if the temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius. Regular cleaning or over-cleaning or scrubbing can do more harm than good. Beware of water gathering in any joints.<\/p>\n

  • Check tightness of fixing screws. Tighten, re-adjust or change fixing screws if necessary.<\/li>\n
  • Check operation of doors threshold heaters and all trace heating. Check tightness of electrical connection. Check heating surface if there is enough heat to protect ice forming.<\/li>\n
  • Thoroughly check and clean door leafs and area nearby. There should not be anything such as forming ice to obstruct the opening of doors. Look for the causes of such problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
